Ashlea's Reiki Therapy Professional and fully qualified Usui Reiki Therapist. What is Reiki? Last year I decided to learn Level 1 Usui Reiki for my own wellbeing and find out about it.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Hello, my name is Ashlea and I have always had an interest in holistic and alternative therapies. That was the start of an amazing journey inspired me to learn Level 2 so that I can treat others. What is Usui Reiki?
