✨ From Survival to Purpose ✨

On Saturday at the Health and Wellbeing Event-Free Entry- Talks, reading, stalls and more I stood in front of a room full of people and shared something I never imagined I would have the courage to share.

I spoke about losing my health, my relationship, my career, my confidence and, at times, my sense of who I was.

I spoke about the darkest chapters of my life and how those chapters ultimately became the beginning of Divine Healing Journeys.

What touched me most was not telling my story, but hearing yours.

So many people came to speak to me afterwards and shared that they too were struggling, healing, rebuilding or searching for a new direction in life.

Many said they needed to hear my story.

Many said it gave them hope.

And for that, I am incredibly grateful.

If there is one thing I have learned, it is this:

🌻 Your story is not over.
🌻 Healing is possible.
🌻 Sometimes what feels like everything falling apart is actually everything falling together.

But every difficult conversation, every boundary you set, every step you take towards becoming the person you were always meant to be is worth it.

Healing isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about returning to who you truly are beneath the pain, fear, and expectations of others.

Keep going.
Even on the days when progress feels invisible.
