We will then create your very own crystal bracelet, again learning about different crystals and creating with intention. 💎

Morning Ritual by the Sea was created as an invitation to do something different.

To spend one hour nurturing yourself before the day begins.

To breathe deeply.
To find stillness.
To watch the sea.
To begin your day feeling grounded, calm and present.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply pause.

Launching this September at Seascape, overlooking the beautiful Lincolnshire coast.

Tigers eye ~ love this for the inner confident, the passion and power of the solar plexus, the power of light, golden and shining.
Carried as a talisman against ill wishes and used for centuries for courage and focus, tigers eye is also grounding like the Earth with the shine of the Sun.

Did you know you can also get blue and red tigers eye as well as a multi coloured version!!

5th August we’re back at the gorgeous walled garden in Baumber for another exclusive event.

A gentle soundbath with crystal singing bowls wash over the body, calming the mind and allowing deep rest.
All in the fresh air and beautiful natural gardens of Baumber.

The grounds are just for us and we have tea and cake, or Buddha bowls options for after the soundbath.

No experience is necessary but please ensure you have no relevant medical conditions.
