The kids are back at school, which means a lot of you are finally ready to focus on you again.
I get it. Starting again is hard, especially when life has knocked you sideways.
I won the battle of losing 7 stone, but not the war. My journey isn't over, not even close. Being a full-time wheelchair user now has set me back further than I expected: 7 weeks of hospital food, every "get well soon" chocolate scoffed, and more takeaways than I'd like to admit, because life got so exhausting, physically and mentally.
But 2 weeks back on Step 1b and I'm already 8lbs down. My only exercise right now is my arms, and that's completely fine.
The reasons not to start never end. But the reason to start is you.
So, what's your why? Tell me in the comments, or send me a message, I'd love to help you find your first step this September.
