Lovely client feedback received after her second Buccal Facial Treatment 😍
"When Lee first mentioned training in Buccal Facials, I wasn't actually looking for a treatment for jaw tension. Like many people, I knew I was stressed and that I clenched my teeth, but I had no idea how much tension I was carrying in my jaw.
It was only after visiting my dentist for what I thought was a tooth problem that scans showed my jaw on one side was very tight and restricted. The dentist recommended exercises, but I struggled to keep up with them, so when I heard Lee was offering Buccal Facial treatments, I decided to give it a try.
I'll admit I was slightly unsure about the intra-oral part of the treatment beforehand, simply because it's not something most of us have experienced. However, Lee was incredibly professional, calming, and reassuring. In reality, that part forms only a small portion of the treatment, and the rest feels wonderfully relaxing and luxurious.
What surprised me most was that I noticed a difference after just one session. My jaw felt more balanced and relaxed, and I realised that what I had accepted as 'normal' was actually a constant tightness that I had become used to over time. I've also noticed that the headaches I had been experiencing seem far less frequent.
Having now had my second treatment, I was able to relax into the experience even more because I knew what to expect. My jaw wasn't nearly as tight as it had been at the first appointment, which felt really encouraging.
This has been one of those treatments that I didn't know I needed until I had it. It's helped me become aware of tension I didn't realise I was holding, and the benefits have extended far beyond simple relaxation. I'll definitely be continuing with further treatments and would highly recommend Lee to anyone who clenches their jaw, grinds their teeth, or simply carries stress in their face without realising it."
