We are looking for more members to join our PPG, please enquire at Reception or drop us an e-mail [email protected]

Patient Participation Groups (PPGs) are generally made up of a group of volunteer patients, and a Manager from the Practice. PPGs meet on a regular basis to discuss the services on offer, and how improvements can be made for the benefit of patients and the practice. They work together to give patient feedback, share views on patient experience, survey results, and service changes.

We are pleased to announce Hawthorn Medical Practice has received a Quality Award, we have been awarded 4 stars (out of 5) by the Quality Team at Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board
The Award is through QEWS, the Quality Early Warning Score, the quality tool helps GP Practices to highlight quality care across key domains, including Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring, Equitable, Well Led and Sustainable, mirroring the CQC domains.
This award reflects hard work from our dedicated team and we are proud to share our results.
