PATIENT INFORMATION:
The practice is gradually shifting to a more digital method of communicating with patients meaning that letters that we would have traditionally posted out to you may now come directly to your phone or tablet instead. The system we are using is very secure but it is important that you keep us updated if you change your mobile phone number so our records are up to date. Not all letters will be sent this way and some letters may still be posted.

In March 149 patients failed to keep their appointments !

Friday was a sad day at the surgery as we bid a Happy Retirement to our wonderful HCA Chris.
After almost 20 years at Hawthorn and many many more in the NHS Chris has decided its time to take time for herself and do some traveling in her trusty campervan.
Chris has been not just a colleague but a friend to many of us here and she will be missed by staff and patients alike.
We're sure everyone will join us in wishing her a wonderful retirement and happy and safe travels.🥰
