☀️ SUMMER RECIPE IDEAS ☀️

Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated. Here are 3 simple, high-protein meals to help keep you fuelled, recovered and performing at your best this summer 👇

🍗 Grilled Chicken & Quinoa Bowl
• 150g grilled chicken breast
• 75g dry quinoa (cooked)
• ½ cucumber
• 100g cherry tomatoes
• Mixed leaves
• Lemon juice

🥭 Tropical Protein Smoothie
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 150g frozen mango
• 1 banana
• 200ml coconut water
• 100g Greek yogurt
• Ice

🥑 Tuna & Avocado Lettuce Wraps
• 1 tin tuna (120g drained)
• ½ avocado
• 4 lettuce leaves
• 50g cucumber
• 50g tomatoes
• Lime juice

💧 Phoenix Fitness Tip:
With the warmer weather here, aim for 2–3 litres of water daily and consider electrolytes if you’re sweating heavily during training.

Lily has been incredibly consistent with her training and has worked hard both inside and outside the gym to achieve her goals. Over time, she has grown in confidence, come out of her shell, and become an absolute powerhouse in the gym.

Hydration is one of the most underrated parts of performance 💧☀️

In this heat, losing fluids and electrolytes can impact:

A lot of people wait until they feel thirsty… but by then performance can already start dropping.

A few reminders:
• You can lose 1–2L of sweat per hour in hot conditions
• Electrolytes help muscle function & hydration
• Even mild dehydration can affect endurance & strength
