Breathwork this Sunday and every month .

Moving within on the breath guides the self to see from an alternative perspective. One on which the senses speak, the intuition and the gut. An inner knowing becomes larger as the brain and its stories quieten.

In this space we can see clearer, make choices from truth and release information that has not been serving- like those fears and concerns that cause anxiety and depression.

Through the life giving force of the breath we find our own life force within and can make progress to deeper connection and calling in more presence and peace. ✌️

Here is an update on offerings - breathwork workshops this month, essence of the month ✨ and new online course on zoom - mythic breath 🏛️

Firstly thank you to all who have attended workshops and had akashic readings over the last few months - it’s been a time full of magical experiences.

The next conscious connected breathwork Sunday session at Holistic house Skipton is on 21st at 1-2.15pm
These sessions are opportunities for self replenishment, healing and awareness. Using the conscious connected breathwork technique to delve deep into yourself and your bodies wisdom.

This is a sanctuary of shamanic sound healing, conscious connected breathwork and plant spirit support from Hawthorn. A heart healing, opening and expansive plant medicine from the British isles. Sacred to our ancestors and a beautiful tonic for the heart.

This journey is at The medicine room Haworth on Saturday 27th June 2-4pm

Upcoming in July I have a new online offering Mythic breath - a 4 week journey on Thursday evenings. 🤩 I’m really looking forward to this and we all ready have such a gorgeous group of people booked on! ✨ in this we will explore a mythology theme each week. Week 1 Greek, then Norse, Celtic and Egyptian. There will be storytelling, journalling, self reflection and conscious connected Breathwork. I created this course for my end of year dissertation within my breathwork training and it was a joy to write 🫶

As the breath deepens, you may find yourself entering an inner landscape of remembrance and release — held by Hawthorn’s strong protective thorns and soothed by the creamy softness of her blossom. There may be vulnerability, tenderness, exhilaration and profound opening, all held within a carefully created ceremonial space.

Today’s Sunday session 🥰✨

A full house full of breathers today 🥰🌸✨for info check out the bio. Every third Sunday of the month, Sunday sessions are an invite to drop in deeply to your own intention. Through the breath we re-centre, ground and find medicine, peace, inspiration, ourselves and an infinite depth of sensations within.✨

And every 1st Tuesday of the month conscious connected breathwork and plant ally support. I always use plant essence therapy in my sessions a so bring along my essence’s from but the Tues evening sessions work deeper with a plant ally, through intention, journeying and meditation.
