We’re growing our Medical Locum Division at Dedicare UK and are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Already successful in medical recruitment? What could you achieve with the right platform behind you?

If you have experience in medical locum recruitment, understand the NHS market and know how to build relationships, develop a desk and win business, this could be your opportunity to take things further.

At Dedicare, you’ll have the freedom to run your own desk, with the infrastructure and support already in place to help you succeed.

What we offer:
• £30,000–£40,000 basic salary + genuinely uncapped commission
• Alloa, Skipton, hybrid or potentially fully home-based working (UK-based only)
• Established NHS frameworks and client relationships
• Dedicated compliance support
• Real autonomy to build, manage and grow your own desk
• 33 days’ annual leave plus a comprehensive benefits package
• Training, development and progression opportunities
• The backing of an established international healthcare group

You’ll be trusted to develop new NHS business, build your own portfolio of doctors, manage your pipeline and clients, negotiate deals and ultimately build a desk you can genuinely call your own.

We’re not looking to teach you how to recruit. You already know that. We’re giving you the platform, freedom and support to turn your experience into something bigger.

Some organisations hold a particularly special place in the communities they serve – and for our team at Dedicare UK, Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice is one of them🏩❤️

We recently had the privilege of visiting Manorlands to present a cheque in support of their wonderful work. During our visit, the team kindly showed us around the hospice and its beautiful gardens, giving us an even greater appreciation of the care and compassion that goes into creating such a supportive environment for patients and their families.

For several of our colleagues, Manorlands has a very personal significance, having cared for members of their families during some of life’s most difficult moments. Supporting a charity that has meant so much to people within our own team therefore feels especially meaningful.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice for welcoming us, for showing us around and, most importantly, for the incredible work you do every day.

Every community has organisations that quietly make an extraordinary difference, and the Stephen Jaffray Memorial Fund in the Falkland Islands is one of them.

This year, Dedicare UK is honoured to support this remarkable Falkland Islands charity, which was founded in memory of Stephen Jaffray following his passing in 1992. During Stephen's illness, he and his family experienced first-hand the financial and emotional challenges that come with travelling overseas for specialist medical treatment. The compassion shown by friends, local businesses and the wider community inspired Stephen's wish that others should receive the same support when facing similar circumstances.

For more than three decades, the Stephen Jaffray Memorial Fund has helped families who are unexpectedly faced with the cost of travelling to be with a seriously ill loved one, ensuring that financial barriers don't prevent people from being together during life's most difficult moments.

As a company that has worked alongside the Falkland Islands for many years, we've seen the strength of this community and the importance of organisations like the Stephen Jaffray Memorial Fund. We're incredibly proud to be supporting the charity and helping it continue its invaluable work for families who need it most.
