Sound therapy isn’t just about relaxing; there’s a bit more going on. 🎶

Sound vibrations can help slow your brainwaves, moving you from a more alert state to a calmer one.

At the same time, it can help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the part responsible for rest and recovery.

✨Individual sessions give you a completely tailored experience, focused just on you.

✨Group sessions are shared, but still calm and quiet, which is a nice option if you’d rather not come on your own.

Both offer the same chance to properly switch off; it just depends on what feels more comfortable.

Working with the body in a steady, supported way is often more effective than forcing release through pain.
