Life can feel so overwhelming sometimes, and it is easy to forget to pause and care for ourselves. If you have been carrying extra stress, feeling drained, or simply needing a moment of deep peace, I am here to support you. I have gentle, mobile Reiki sessions available in Sleaford and the surrounding areas on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th September.
I will bring a peaceful, healing space directly to your home so you can fully unwind without having to travel.

What is Reiki and How It Helps:

Reiki is a beautiful, gentle Japanese healing practice centered around "universal life energy." By placing my hands lightly on or just above your body, I help clear away blocks in your natural energy flow, allowing your nervous system to drop into a state of deep, restorative relaxation. It acts as a warm embrace for your wellbeing, gently soothing stress and anxiety, easing physical pain or tension, clearing away mental clutter, and helping you return to a place of restful sleep and emotional balance. It is a completely safe, non-invasive way to remind your body and mind how to heal.

I qualified as a Reiki Master some time ago, and it's something I've been quietly proud of ever since.
I never imagined energy healing would become part of my path, but after completing Reiki Level 1 and experiencing just how real and beneficial energy healing can be, I knew I wanted to continue my journey. That journey eventually led me to becoming a Reiki Master.

It's been an incredible experience, and I'm so grateful for everything Reiki has taught me and the healing it continues to bring—not just to others, but to me as well.
