Making positive lifestyle choices can help reduce the risk of breast cancer, including:
• Maintaining a healthy, balanced diet
• Taking regular physical activity
• Keeping to a healthy weight
• Reducing alcohol intake
• Being aware of any changes in your body

Early diagnosis can significantly improve outcomes. If you notice any unusual breast changes or have concerns about your health, please contact the practice for advice and support.
