After being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and becoming increasingly worried about her health, Michelle joined Slimming World to make sure she’d be around to see her grandchildren grow up ❤️. Now 7st 10lbs (49kg) lighter, she finds everything much more manageable and her blood sugar levels are in a normal range 💪.
