Activity Coordinator
Working a two week rota 9.30-4.30. 3 shifts one week and 4 the other including alternate weekends and some bank holidays.
Are you fun-loving, caring, compassionate, and full of creative ideas? We are looking for a dedicated Activity Coordinator to join our friendly care home team supporting people living with Dementia.
This is a rewarding role where you will help create meaningful moments, promote wellbeing, and bring joy and companionship to our residents through engaging activities and social interaction.
The Role:
* Planning and delivering stimulating daily activities
* Encouraging residents to participate and enjoy social interaction
* Supporting emotional wellbeing and independence
* Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
* Creating a warm, happy, and inclusive environment
What We’re Looking For:
* A kind, patient, and compassionate nature
* A positive attitude and good sense of humour
* Creativity and enthusiasm
* Good communication skills
* Experience in care or a similar role is an advantage, but not essential for the right person
