When ear wax builds up it can cause muffled or reduced hearing, earache, tinnitus, dizziness, itching or even a mild smell.
What you shouldn't do is poke it or use earbuds or other implements to try to remove it.
In the first instance try a few drops of olive oil daily for a few days to soften it. If drops do not seem to work seek professional help.

🥋🥇We have a world champion in our midst !! 🥋🥇

Jordan our podiatrist recently competed in the world Karate championships in Austria. He only went and won and became the world inclusive (disabled category) champion!

Not only did Jordan compete but so did his wife and daughter. His daughter Esmai was the youngest in the 7-11 category and managed to get 2 medals! His wife Raine achieved Bronze in the 40+ colour belts.

An absolutely amazing achievement for them all.
Huge congratulations from all of the Action First team !!

Has your child had a growth spurt over the Summer?

Did you know that if your child is at their Peak Height Velocity they are more likely to sustain a sporting injury. By ensuring they keep good flexibility and strength this risk can be minimised.

Meet the team Monday

Today we meet our newest member of the team Rebecca.

Rebecca Starts with us officially in October although she has been attending training sessions over the past few weeks so you may have already met her.
Rebecca joins us as a Saturday receptionist. She is currently at college studying for her A levels and hopes to go to university to study veterinary medicine and surgery.
In her spare time she is a dancer and also like singing and participating in sports. She also loves to bake and be creative in all things arty.
