Today’s appointment was a great example of why safe ear care is so important. One ear was cleared successfully, but the other had very hard, impacted wax sitting close to the eardrum. Rather than risk irritating the ear, we stopped treatment safely and advised the client to use Earol drops before returning next week.
One thing I always reassure my clients about is this: if the wax is too hard or impacted to remove safely in the first session, I do not charge for a follow-up appointment. Your comfort and ear health always come first.
Sometimes ear wax removal takes patience, but safe treatment is always the priority 👂
