Race for life Solihull

I may have been unable to run it but I could support my friend aswell as cheer on lots of other familiar faces who are other Slimming World consultants and members within the Warwickshire and West Midlands Slimming World

Its a great cause and always a great day. Special well done to everyone that has taken part today and any money you have raised too. It’s great that slimming world support this charity and hopefully one day we will beat it 💪💗

This weekend marks 5 years since qualifying as a slimming world consultant at the back of Covid, it genuinely doesn’t feel like a job when you love it this much.

Thanks to all of my members for making it so rewarding.Helping people lose weight, seeing them transform and the benefits it has you really are changing their lives when you lose weight.

I was so happy to share this award that Elmdon Heath slimming world group achieved last month.

NEW MEMBERS lost the most weight in the district vs other local groups, losing the most weight in April for their first weeks.

This is qdos to the changes they have made but they have been provided the tools to do this
- 30 minute new member talk hearing of all the great food you can eat and lose weight
- new member books 📘
- 40 minutes learning from other members that have had great losses with new recipes/ items from the supermarket and how these items are cooked 🛒
- listening to those that have struggled as learning can be made by all and no one said it would be easy 👂
- app 📲 look up foods, podcasts etc
- access to private Facebook group to support outside of the group 💕
- a trained 5 years consultant to support you along your journey 😘
- the shop to buy hifi bars to help you with your sweet fix aswell as a magazine jam packed with recipes/ inspiring stories and so much more 🛍️
