We are as free as a bird, we need to never watch over our shoulders because we live with love & kindness.

Be better than wanting to tare someone down because you don’t want to see the truth. Be better than someone who takes cheap shots and now will live with the karma those choices created.

Understanding what’s you and what’s been programmed is hard. For me I follow three rules.

1. - Does it sit with my morals, if I wouldn’t like it done to me I’m not doing it (because I know first hand karma bites).

2. - Does this make me happy? If it makes me happy then I know it’s me that wants to do it and not someone else.

3.- Does it bring me peace.
