Join us for this chilled Pregnancy Wellbeing event. Relax, learn, & connect with other mums-to-be, plus take home useful info and goodies!
This event is designed for women at any stage of pregnancy, whether you’re early in your first pregnancy or further along in a later one.
Our early bird offer until the end of June is £75 per ticket. We can also offer lunch and an outdoor swim in the spring fed lake, for an additional £25, which will extend your day at Kington Grange to make the most of this beautiful venue. Book via QR code, DM me or see Eventbrite link in my bio.
What’s Included?
During the morning session, between 10am and 1pm, you’ll enjoy a mix of calming, practical, and confidence‑building activities, all packed into a relaxed three‑hour window:
• Make your own aromatherapy roll‑on, suitable for use in pregnancy and labour.
• Learn simple positioning techniques to support optimal baby positioning and comfort in pregnancy and labour.
• Discover “Doula top tips” for pregnancy and birth, with a focus on feeling more prepared and in control.
• Enjoy guided meditation in the tranquil setting of Kington Grange to help you relax, reconnect with your body, and tune into your baby.
• Enjoy tea, coffee, and light homemade snacks
We also welcome trusted female supporters, such as a best friend, mother, or mother‑in‑law, so they can share the experience and learn how to support you during pregnancy and birth.
