✨ Strength & Longevity for Women ✨
Last weekend, I had the pleasure of teaching my Strength & Longevity for Women workshop at One Retreat Wellness, and what a fantastic morning it was.
We had a full house, and it was wonderful to spend time with such an engaged group of women, exploring how we can support our health, strength and wellbeing through perimenopause and postmenopause.
The workshop focused on evidence-based training and nutrition strategies to help women:
💪 Build and maintain muscle mass�🦴 Support bone density and long-term skeletal health�🔥 Improve metabolic health�🏋️♀️ Train effectively for strength, function and longevity�🥗 Make nutrition choices that support healthy ageing and overall wellbeing
The feedback was incredibly positive, and it reinforced just how important these conversations are. Women deserve access to practical, science-backed information that helps them feel strong, confident and empowered as they age.
I'd love to bring this workshop to more women and more communities. If you run a yoga studio, gym, sports club, school, workplace wellbeing programme, or community group, and feel your members would benefit from this workshop, I'd love to hear from you.
