END OF AN ERA ✨

Today marks the last class i will be teaching at North Solihull Sports Centre after four amazing years of teaching Vibe Cycle on Sunday morning’s it’s time to up-clip my cleats and handover my mic to a new instructor.

From what started as a bit of ad hoc cover to forming it’s own class has been an absolute joy to see it grow. I’ve loved teaching here and seeing members grow, having our favourite tracks and the birth of the cheesy track!

Thank you to all my Sunday crew for all the well wishes! For one last time make some noise - don’t just ride!

What’s the warmup like?

Our warm-ups are beginner friendly, alternatives given and easy moves.

We start every LBT with an aerobic warmup to get a whole body feeling warm and ready for class. Members can take it at their own pace and do what they feel comfortable.

Sweat guaranteed smiles are extra 😅
