Do you take SSRI or SNRI antidepressants such as Citalopram, Sertraline, Venlafaxine or Fluoxetine? These medications can affect your body's ability to regulate temperature during hot weather, increase photosensitivity, and lead to dehydration and problems with normal sweating.

Make sure to take extra precautions in the sun - stay hydrated, seek shade in the hottest part of the day, and always use SPF sun cream.

Please be extra vigilant for young children and older adults during this hot weather 🌡️🌞
