🎓✨ A Very Special Milestone ✨🎓

I’m incredibly proud to share that I have officially graduated as a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Hypnoanalysis Practitioner. Which adds nicely to my Past Life Regression distinction.

This journey has been about so much more than gaining a qualification. It has helped me grow personally and professionally, as seen by my tutors, it has deepened my understanding of the mind, emotions and behaviour, and strengthened my ability to support others through meaningful and lasting change.

A heartfelt thank you to my wonderful tutors, Georgina and Emma, our support helper Callie, and all my KICH colleagues who made our graduation evening fun and so special. 💚

Moving forward, I’ll continue offering compassionate, personalised support to individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, unwanted patterns, low confidence, addictions, weightloss, fertility challenges and difficulties reconnecting emotionally or intimately.

Whatever has happened in your past, it does not have to determine your future. You deserve to feel supported, understood and empowered as you move forward, and I would be honoured to walk alongside you.

Why do we sometimes repeat the same habit, reaction or decision, even when we logically know we want something different? 🧠

In this video, I use my brain and neural-pathway models to explain how patterns can become familiar, and why changing them can feel difficult through willpower alone.

Clinical hypnotherapy and hypnoanalysis can help you understand what may be happening beneath the surface and support you in creating a different response and a new pathway forward.

Appointments are available in Benfleet, Essex, and online throughout the UK and internationally.

I’ve finally done it! 🧠 After more takes than I care to admit 😂, my new video is live on YouTube.

Have you ever known logically that you’re safe or that something needs to change, yet your emotional response still takes over?

Using my brain model, I explain the brain’s alarm system, why emotions can sometimes override logical thinking, and how hypnosis can help us work with automatic responses and unhelpful patterns.

I’d love to know whether this helps it make more sense to you. 💚

Why can you logically know that you are safe, yet still feel anxiou...

When the sun is shinning, the head of the Hypnotherapist needs clearing, a walk with my little man, Alan my Maltese, certainly does that,

First hypnosis session. ✨

Yesterday I welcomed a wonderful client who had never experienced hypnosis before.

Watching someone discover how calm, focused and capable their own mind can be is something I’ll never tire of.

Every client starts somewhere.

Every change starts with one decision.

Could this be your first step too?

Have you ever tried hypnosis? Yes or No ~ I’d love to know”??

I’ll be honest —
A lot of people come to me are curious but a little unsure about what hypnosis actually is.
So let me clear a few things up!

What it IS:
✅ A deeply relaxed, focused state of mind
✅ A safe and gentle way to work with your subconscious
✅ Proven to help with anxiety, stress, sleep, confidence, binge eating, diet, and breaking habits like smoking.

What it ISN’T:
❌ Mind control — you are always in charge
❌ Being “put to sleep” — you’re aware the whole time
❌ Something that works against your will — if you don’t want to change, it won’t force you

And The honest truth? Hypnosis works best when YOU are ready and open to change. It’s not a magic wand — but for the right person, it can be truly life changing.

Have you ever tried it? I’d love to hear your experience in the comments! 👇

And if you’re curious about whether it could help you, send me a message. I’m always happy to answer questions. 💜

I look forward to supporting you.
