NK Counselling & Hypnotherapy Hi I'm Natalie, I work with many issues including inner child work in hypnotherapy. I'm also finding myself helping many women with ADHD symptoms.

I help them to stop blaming themselves and start looking at possible reasons for behaviours. โค๏ธ I'm Natalie, I was a primary school teacher for 25 years which gave me an insight into children's behaviour and understanding that there is always a reason. It's what happened to you that is usually the reason for behaviour. I went through baby loss back in 2002. I work as a befriender for the Lullaby T

Do you want to lose weight, feel fitter, or have more energy, but somehow never quite get started?

Hello, I'm Natalie, a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist based in Benfleet.

I currently have three appointment slots available on Thursday mornings at:

I work with people experiencing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, and difficulties linked to childhood experiences or significant life events. Often, these experiences can leave emotional wounds that continue to affect our lives, relationships, confidence, and wellbeing.

Hello, I'm Natalie, a counsellor and hypnotherapist in Benfleet. ๐Ÿ‘‹๐ŸŒฑ
I know exactly what it feels like to sit in the clientโ€™s chair. ๐Ÿ›‹๏ธโค๏ธ I remember the terror of wondering: What if I cry? What if I say the wrong thing? What if I uncover something I buried long ago?
I get it. Iโ€™ve been there. ๐Ÿคโœจ
But I also know what it feels like on the other side of counselling. The transformation is incredible! ๐Ÿฆ‹ You start:

* Setting boundaries: Saying "no" when you used to say "yes." ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’›
* Finding your voice: Being naturally assertive and speaking your truth. ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ๐Ÿ’ซ

Itโ€™s the start of a new week, and my Monday morning began with an 8am PT session at the gym ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธโœจ I have to sayโ€ฆ Iโ€™ve definitely caught the gym bug now! ๐Ÿ’ช

I can genuinely feel the changes happening. Iโ€™m getting stronger, and I can now do 3 sets of 15 proper push-ups โ€” something Iโ€™ve never been able to do before ๐Ÿ™Œ No more โ€œcheatingโ€ knee push-upsโ€ฆ these are the real deal! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Self-care is so important ๐ŸŒฟ It makes you feel good, boosts your endorphins, builds confidence, and encourages a little self-love too ๐Ÿค

I encourage so many of my clients to do things for themselves, even the smallest acts of care:
๐ŸŒธ Buy yourself flowers
๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ Go for a walk
๐Ÿ Cook your favourite dinner
๐Ÿ“– Read a book
๐Ÿ› Have a long bath

Self-care takes practice. You have to make time for yourself and slowly build it into a habit โœจ

And itโ€™s not just about physical health โ€” itโ€™s mental wellbeing too ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’ซ

Iโ€™m having hypnotherapy myself at the moment, and Iโ€™ve noticed I feel much calmer ๐ŸŒ™ As many of my hypnotherapy clients describe it, it feels like a weight is gradually being lifted.

Counselling can help lift those internal weights too ๐Ÿค Sometimes just talking to someone who wonโ€™t judge you โ€” someone who listens, helps you make connections, and gain understanding โ€” can make such a difference.

And remember, just like at the gym, you canโ€™t lift the heaviest weight in one session ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Healing takes time, patience, and consistency ๐ŸŒฑ

So be patient with yourself ๐Ÿค
