Over the past couple of months I've unfortunately experienced a significant increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows.
I've tried to avoid taking deposits since the beginning of 2026 because I believe booking an appointment should be as straightforward as possible, and I've trusted my clients to respect my time. Sadly, the number of missed appointments has reached a point where I can no longer continue without making a change.
**From today, all tattoo appointments will require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. There will be no exceptions.**
Your deposit will, of course, come off the final cost of your tattoo. It simply secures your appointment and helps protect the time I've set aside specifically for you.
I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and if you let me know as soon as possible, I'll always do my best to work with you where I can. However, repeated last-minute cancellations and missed appointments have a real impact on my business, leaving hours that I often can't fill at short notice.
This wasn't a decision I wanted to make, but it's one I need to make to protect my livelihood and ensure I can continue giving every client the time, care, and attention they deserve.
To everyone who has supported me, turned up on time, and respected my work—thank you. Your support genuinely means the world, and I look forward to creating many more amazing tattoos with you.
