For years I’ve helped out Boldon Ladies Footballers, purely through the relationship I have with who is now there Head Coach /Manager, the skilled and talented Shannon Mcsweeney. I’ve treated and helped her for years through her own football career, into becoming player/manager for the club and treating some of her star players to keep them on the pitch. Proud to watch her and the team do so well, getting promoted last season!!!!

Even prouder to now be in partnership with the club working to keep them winning 🏆

What a beautiful start the day of the Lion’s Gate!!!!!

REC’s Mid-week Mediations sessions, learning the art of meditation, guidance, techniques, and insights passed to me during my last stint in the jungle from an amazing man who studied and lived with the Tibetan Monks 💜🙏🏻 greatful and privileged to be able to share this along with my own experiences to some of my believe to healers.

Added extra today, manifesting during my the end of the heightened universal energy created by the Lion’s gate, the EaRuth’s alignment with Sirius and Oriens Belt, to bring forth the positive things we which to have in our lives ✨💫 written on some take home Bay leaves 🍃 washed down with some delicious Cacao , sound therapy and as always a dip in our beautiful North Sea

Another beautiful night was had on Monday night, at the REC’s

Love and Light Shamanic Sound Journey

Working with 2 beautiful plant medicines, the power house and my Master teacher plant , Queen of the Jungle and all nature , our mother of light Noya Rao, with nothing but light in her spirit she makes everything easier , lighter and brighter. Enlightening you as she works deeply to bring forward into the light of attention your higher self.

Mixed wit the heart opening Cacao, bringing deep connection to our heart space, improving our heart health , reducing blood pressure and inflammation, whilst boosting our feel good emotions to make positive changes to our lives

All great healers have also walked through the long dark night of the soul

Broke free from trauma and also in my case addiction, which lead me to the jungle and my calling into the Shamanic, Energetcial and Spiritual healing world of which I’m eternally humbled and grateful for everyday

As I continue down my journey as a forever student to the plants, nature and God I’m privileged and honoured to all those I’ve been able to help and heal along the way

Wow what a morning man !!! 😍😍

Free little shamanic sound gathering to celebrate the summer solstice for my believe to heal beauties

Settling in around the fire, bringing our attention to the breath before setting intentions into the amazing plant medicine of my master teacher plant Noya Rao

Lying back with the sound of the sea, shamanic shipibo icaros and a sprinkle of sound therapy before making our way into the fresh, North Sea as the beautiful soltice sunrise made its way up from the horizon

Finished of getting warmed and dancing round the fire to some quality Tuuuunes and snacking on delicious fruit

Thank you all for coming , bringing your energy and sharing the the enlightened magic of my Noya Rao , humbled greatful and blessed by you all
