We hope that all of our customers had a very Merry Christmas!
It has come to our attention that the Voicemail prescription ordering system is not working properly at our Farnham branch. This has been passed over to our telecoms team who are working on it. You can order your prescriptions via NHS app, Healthera app, or our website (which will take you through the Healthera system). Alternatively you can pop into branch or you can still call the branch to let us know what you need. The Phone lines may be busier as a result. Thank you for your understanding.
