Put yourself first for a while.
The laundry can wait, the emails can wait, and the endless to-do list will still be there tomorrow.
Today, give yourself permission to pause.
Whether your go-to is a walk by the sea, a good book, a coffee in peace, music, gardening, a workout, meditation, or simply doing nothing at all — make time for a little rest and reset.
You can’t pour from an empty cup.
Recharge. Refocus. Reconnect with yourself.
