A lovely day in London at the Galderma GAIN Inspire Event 2026 ✨

It was an absolute pleasure to be invited to such a valuable day of learning, networking and further education alongside other medical aesthetic professionals.

Throughout the day, we covered the Galderma portfolio including Sculptra, Restylane, skin boosters, skincare and prescription-only aesthetic treatments, alongside deeper discussions around consultation, facial ageing and taking a more holistic approach to aesthetic treatment planning.

For me, continued education is such an important part of being a safe, confident and responsible injector. Aesthetics is always evolving, and I genuinely love taking every opportunity to update my knowledge, refine my approach and keep my skills as current as possible.

A huge thank you to Galderma for such an inspiring and educational day 🤍

Often, online generic advice is…just that. Generic. It doesn’t take into account what type of acne you have, your skin type, your triggers etc 💬

Still some of my favourite lips that I’ve done! ✨

Earlier in the week I spoke about making sure you give yourself enough time with your treatments to settle down before going away!

So let’s take lips as an example! 💋

I’d highly recommend timing your Lip Filler for about 2-4 weeks before going away! It’s really not something I’d leave to the last minute!

This gives swelling and bruising time to settle, lets you see the proper result and gives you chance to contact me if anything needs checking over etc

Anything less than that and your holiday photos may include swollen/bruised lips that may be made worse by cabin pressure on a longer flight! ✈️

Appointments in the summer can be snapped up quickly - so please don’t leave it till the last minute for anything that you desperately want doing! 🤍

For me holiday skin is all about protection, glow and keeping things simple & safe in the heat! I value products that allow me to leave the make-up at home!

A versatile skin tint with SPF is always in my bag! This SPF by gives my skin a beautiful healthy glow, evens everything out and means I can go make-up free while still feeling polished

I also never travel without my SPF 30 lip shield 💋

They come in different shades, protect against UVA/UVB, help defend against cold sore triggers and support the delicate lip area against lines, wrinkles and sun damage!
