Just letting you know that all classes are on as normal tomorrow.

You can also just us online and at Breathe - Charlotte Terrace South Shields.

MONDAY is the best time to take some time for yourself because however the rest of the week goes, if it all turns to 💩you've already committed, you've already taken the time and nobody can take that away from you.
