I have limited spaces for early mornings and evenings, as well as a few daytime and weekend slots available for PT and massage.

PT sessions can be 30, 45 or 60mins!❤️

I truly believe everyone should have access to my sessions and treatments. For me, it’s about making a difference to the client. It’s not about making massive profits. It’s about you!!!
