Thank you Growing Hope for a wonderful day, a great time was had - meeting up in person, praise and worship, praise moves (great teaching Prinith De Alwis Jayasinghe), how makaton enhances everyone’s praise and worship, and for me, if you get out of the boat, it is VITAL to fix our eyes on Jesus (and not on the wind and waves of life!!) Great to make new friends and connections 🎉🥳😍

John 3:16: For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him’. A very Happy Easter, enjoy this beautiful spring day!! X###

7 of us had a refreshing time, initially starting with 1 Corinthians 13 1-13, where we gave thanks for where we had seen God's love coming through in unexpected moments, even on challenging days. Then the theme of needing to feel God's love to give us hope in order to sustain us, in many of our work and personal situations. Romans 8:28 is always a good one to be reminded that God is sovereign, even in suffering and testing times, and if the LOVE of God stays strong, then we know that he has a purpose in ALL things...which brings us back to hope, and to trust 100% that He is working for our good, even when it doesn't seem that way.
