If you live in Southampton and west Hampshire, Mountbatten Hampshire (formerly Countess Mountbatten Hospice) is your local hospice. We are an independent charity that provides free care and support to people with any life-limiting illness, including respiratory disease, Motor Neurone Disease, heart disease, advanced dementia, respiratory disease, and cancer. Our aim is to help people to live as we

ll as they possibly can with their illness. We also provide free bereavement and psychological support to patients and their families.

🎉 We are thrilled to announce Heads Resourcing Group as a Mountbatten Hampshire Corporate Partner for 2026/27! Already off to a fantastic start, 11 team members will take on Walk the Test Way in aid of Mountbatten Hampshire, next month. 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

Over the next year, the group's pledged to raise a minimum of £2,500, and those vital funds will help our expert teams continue to provide 24/7 care and support to people across large parts of Hampshire, and their families. A huge thank you to Jess Hatt of Hatt's Off to George, who recently visited the hospice to present an incredible cheque for £8,930.

This amazing total has been gathered during a year of fundraising activities, including through two charity football matches, a ball, memorial events and the donation of items, with the support of some match-funding in The Big Give. It was all in loving memory of George Hatt, whose lasting legacy is helping Mountbatten continue to provide care and support to people across our community.

We are incredibly grateful to Jess — and to you — for supporting these fundraising efforts. 💛
