Hi Readers welcome to
my new page. I’ve been staying in Sidford Devon in my old friends new house. Visiting the area walks averaging well over 10,000 steps per day. Weather has been fantastic a wet one today. Not all the time on and off through the day. Beautiful day yesterday at Beer beach where locals go my friend dared me to have a swim in the pebble clear waters cold went down quite deep suddenly had a quick swim and out I did it though. Had a crap sandwich on the beach High tides cafe made it up fresh yummy!!! Then bought some shells scallops to decorate my Courtyard when I’m home. Went shopping in Sidmouth town centre great little charity shops and the clothes are good quality, worth a visit. Went Botleigh Otter nature reserve saw a few unusual feather birds had a good walk around there the sun came out which was a relief. Walked along the beach Dusty Gwennys doggie loved walking lost his ball wasn’t happy. Booked an treated Gwenny to dinner Rockfish restaurant right on the beach. Loved the food we had a set menu each Prawn cocktail and Pan fried Hake chips lovely!!!!!! Here’s some photos have fun Summers nearly here ### hugs and love Anne ###x

Hi you faithfull Readers how are you All truefully. ?

Me and my health has been rubbish on and off since late November it all started with a flue jab I was perfectly well before I had it, not blaming the jab but it seems it triggered off illness I got 2 chest infections managed to get over it. Christmas come and gone lovely time and then first week in February I got ill again my symptoms the same as before my breathing was noisy ratterly !!! I thought better get my chest checked yes you guessed it another chest infection 3 in a spate of 3 months really I felt ashamed of myself!!! The cough and cold that went with it dreadful and I was bad for a week. Oh dear!!! Dr wasn’t happy packed me off for an Xray at hospital. I went to the hospital got my x ray done and then came home. Thought for awhile how can I help myself I thought and messaged Sarah my eldest daughter the one with the farm. Vegan knows a lot so she was very helpful as you know I’m into pure oils Do Terra so she said mix oregano 15 drops with Tee tree oil 15 drops diluted with Fractionated Coconut Oil in a roller ball I have these so I set about mixing them gave a gentle shake and then Sarah told me to roll the mixture on the soles of my feet. It’s very good she said so I did it truely it works with a few days I felt so much better ooh!!! I meant to say roller on soles on your feet hourly. Put air oil diluted with fco on chest and the results were amazing the power of the oils must be pure. do Terra oils. Which I have my room is like a chemist ha ha!!! Are just amazing they never amaze me how they heal with Reiki as well. I’ve got a diffuser and I swear by On guard which I burn every day morning til night and when you are sick burn through the night. It a life changer you can breathe !!! I’m telling you all of this because hopefully if you read my little stories and you have or know anyone who has experienced any of these symptoms it will help. Reach out your hand and heal. I’m started to pick up now, but honestly I felt so low it’s wonderful to feel abit more normal😍 and well.

My daughter booked me a Homepath session which I’m going to, to help me to get back on track and hopefully strengthen my immune system.

Hi Readers first of all a very Happy New Year 2026 🙏 wishing you happiness, health and a good financial money situation. Or have I wished you that straight after Christmas hmmm!!! That’s a question straight after Christmas when all of us are feeling the pinch abit!!! How was your Christmas lovely with the family and friends. No arguments no upsets not too much booze, I personally try to limit myself abit now otherwise I find myself regretting it afterwards but my family are great open minded out for a good time. Without too much excessive eating and drinking,it’s hard though when all the goodies are there for the taking for eating and drinking. Cocktails are the thing that’s no good for me never know what drink is mixed with!!! Goes to my head and Champers!!!!

Were you pleased with your Christmas presents truthfully !!! I was as I asked what I wanted within a budget and didn’t ask for too much out of there reach.

For New Year we went to my youngest
Daughters for nibbles and cocktails with my grandson and his friend and Mum and friends lovely chat and great little gathering. I made my vegan trifle which is loved by everyone refreshing !!!!

So now as we enter 2026 what do you want from this year. As I meditated and had good vibes it was too cold to be outside with the Moon but nevertheless meditation I felt good enough.

I’m looking forward to a special birthday my granddaughter Annabella is 13 this January and bought her a necklace for her birthday.

I’m getting involved in my Reiki as always hopefully teaching as well. Looking forward to teaching new people to spread the good vibes on our planet.

All that’s left for me to say to you is:

A very happy Christmas Readers I’m sorry but I’ve not been in touch as I’ve been ill with a cold chest infection 2 doses of antibiotics it has thrown me so much. 5 weeks in all. Anyway I’m back fighting fit Reiking myself everyday. It was a reaction to the flue jab never again I nearly didn’t have it but decided to. I do hope you are all well and fighting fit! Looking forward to Christmas I am can’t wait having my family around me my dear little grandchildren. I have a granddaughter who is 13 years old a teenager in January I can’t believe how the time flies. She’s grown into a beautiful little girl great horse rider lucky Mum teaches her and they live on a farm so she is lucky to have that kind of surroundings. Has her own horse she looks after him and they have a great bond together. So not too much tv or internet. Not like me I love Netflix addicted to it some of the movies are amazing I like the oldies Ghost I watched it yesterday great cry was had couldn’t stop myself so beautiful. Makes a change from rubbish they put on nowadays. Am I sounding old oh well perhaps I am who cares. I’ve doing a Reiki in a moment for a client so I must be away.

Hi Readers how are you All? Hopefully you all well. There is some nasty virus out there and I got one, I felt terrible for a few weeks but gradually I’m getting over it. I usually get something about November time so
It was about due ha ha!!! I love the weather at the moment different in the morning then usually afternoons it’s sunny and bright it makes me feel alive!! I go out for a walk and bless the trees and the falling leaves the colours are amazing to look at aren’t they. I’ve done all my Christmas presents for the grandchildren and wrapped up already. I hate to leave it too late I like to enjoy early December and go to all the events Christmas markets visit Lee on Solent my fav place for mussels and fish food and love the girls that serve there they are really sweet to talk to. Yes be kind generous in your time because you never know what the other people are going through.

How’s your families getting on? Mine are great growing up so quickly and I look forward to sharing Christmas Day with them this year I have my whole family here what a fantastic delight. I love Christingle service at my church St James they do a very good service with the oranges on sticks with sweets on them. The little ones love them with a candle we light them and all the lights go out and all you can see is lit candles so magical do try to go to the service it really is special.

Hi Readers been awhile thank you for your likes and following me. Hoping you are keeping well? I’m
good doing my reiki sessions and helping clients giving them positive joy and healing. As we are coming
Into the winter and snuggling into our homes it reminds me of love and warmth Christmas is coming I headed to the shops today at Whiteley hmm!!! lovely clothes in the shops Next and H and M for kiddies and teens clothing always in my mind of my grandchildren Thea who is 9 and Annabella is 12 love their clothes so I bought for them abit early but I don’t know about you I can’t stand Christmas shopping at the last minute when it’s busy hustle and bustle hate it!!! So now is a good time all wrapped up and ready for the big day. I have Aston my grandson which I ask my daughter his Mum to buy for she knows best so she will get pressies and give them to me to wrap up for Aston.

Enough about buying presents it’s about love hugging and joy!!! I love the autumn leaves falling and the colour of them is amazing this time of year. Isn’t it pleasant outside not too stuffy but nice to go out for a walk stop off at a coffee shop and chat to the people having their coffee. Lovely vibes this time of year. I love Saturdays because I don’t exercise Saturday or Sunday weekends off church Sunday prayer and thank God for my life and my blessings. I made a shepherds pie today a vegan one very tasty I think Howie enjoyed it too.

I do hope you have a great weekend enjoy yourself whatever you may do, take care and love one another.
