✨ Saturday mornings are for me ✨
One of my favourite ways to start the weekend is at the gym 💪
Whether it’s a strength workout or a couple of classes, I love moving my body, feeling strong, and building that connection between body and mind 🏋️♀️❤️
The best part? It’s not just about fitness. It’s about feeling energised, capable, and confident as I get older 🌟
And it hasn’t happened overnight. The strength, mobility, energy, and healthy routines I have today are the result of years of showing up for myself, one workout at a time 🙌
With teenagers who love a lie-in 😴, I get a little extra time in the morning to do something that fills my cup before the day begins ☕✨
Because ageing well isn’t about doing less. It’s about staying strong, moving well, and creating habits that support both your body and your mind 💖
