A gentle reminder regarding complimentary skin scan appointments 🤍
Last week, four complimentary skin scan appointments were missed without notice. This resulted in four hours of valuable appointment time being lost - time that could have been offered to other clients on our already limited schedule.
Although the skin scan is complimentary, the appointment time is reserved especially for you, and staff are still scheduled and paid to provide the service.
If you’re unable to attend, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice during the working week so that we have the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else.
Unfortunately, a £25 no-show fee will be applied to your account for appointments missed without sufficient notice, including complimentary services.
