Oh my goodness … it’s a glorious day & the start of the astrological new year 🙌🏻

I’ve never felt more aligned with a seasonal shift, I’m ready to emerge from hibernation and start spreading some sunshine & joy the best way I know how - yoga & movement 🧘🏼‍♀️

This is the season for switching it up and trying new things so if you’ve not tried yoga with me yet I have a whole host of options available for you:

1️⃣ a 10min online practice focused on Spring & Re-energising! Practice it at home and prioritise your needs for a few minutes.

2️⃣ in person classes this Sunday at 10am AND next Friday at 6.30pm. Both will focus on this new season energy but in different ways (Friday will be more chilled & Sunday more ‘move-y’!)

3️⃣ a private session! Whether you want to come on your own or bring a couple of friends I’d love to welcome you into my home studio space and dedicate an hour to whatever you need most - maybe a feel good flow to get the energy moving or an hour of rest & relaxtion to revitalise ahead of the new season?
