JULY CLASSES ARE NOW BOOKING

🩷 Classes start on Wednesday 8th July - Wednesday 5th August from 10-11am, and will be held at St John’s Church, Main Road, Southbourne.

Please note the last two sessions run into the school summer holidays, if you would like to attend the sessions but have school aged children to consider please get in touch so we can discuss how to accommodate this.

🩵 Classes are small and friendly, and offer calm relaxing one on one time with your baby.

🩷 As well as massage sessions also include some gentle sensory play and nursery rhythms. There will also be time at the end of each session to have a cuppa and a chat.

🩵 Suitable from 6 weeks to crawling (around 9 months)

🩷 Classes cost £35 for 5 weekly sessions. Gift vouchers are available. Booking is essential.

Took a moment for myself today, grabbed a coffee from after the school run, and walked the long way home along the sea wall. This time of year can be so hectic doing all the things, and being all the things, for everybody, so where possible I try and step away from it all and find some peace, even if it’s just for a moment. I’m not talking about “self-care” as this seems to be one more thing to add to the to do list, and which never gets done, but the small moments of joy that each day can bring.

If you are struggling with the chaos and overwhelm that this time of year can bring, know that you are not alone, and if you can look for the small moment of joy, but if this feels impossible right now, know that you are doing your best and tomorrow is a new day.
