The climbing, kayaking, diving and horse riding was spectacular. Very precious memories ❤️

Lately life has all seemed a little crazy. Some of it amazing, some of it stressful. Somewhere, in amongst it all, the things that I need to re-set my nervous system have been overlooked.

This week has been many things. I've been lucky enough to go to Sardinia with my son, and enjoy some time with this incredible 16 year old young man, but also spent 2 days of it absolutely knocked out with sickness. Perhaps the body needed to cleanse, and heal. We re-connected with guides we know, kayaked, and climbed. Such beautiful experiences.
The whole process felt like a much needed meditation in in nature, a time to reflect, and to try to move forwards as a better human being.

Feeling very blessed to have enjoyed an amazing week in CHX last week with this fantastic bunch of people!

We enjoyed some fabulous skiing and super snow conditions, a lovely apartment, and most of all, beautiful company. (And even the occasional white out 🌫, just to keep us on our toes, and clear the mountains of people for when the sun came back out 🌞)

So very thankful to have enjoyed these moments with you all ❄️
