That’s right, Dan is leaving! 😲 after 15 years of Black Rose Tattoo, an amazing artist, friend and hilarious character will be moving away. I think we can all agree he will be massively missed and Westcliff won’t be the same without him!
I’ve been incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity and the honour to take on the shop after he leaves so keep an eye on this page for the updates as it transforms… but for now Mae sure to come get booked in with Dan while you can!

You read it right, I'm off . Time for new adventures relocating out of Essex.
Currently waiting on a moving date.
I've taken bookings up till the first week of July and still have a few slots available for anyone wanting ongoing work finished off by me ( I won't be starting anything new) , I may be around a little longer after this date depending on solicitors.
I created Black Rose Tattoo 15 years ago and enjoyed living my dream and meeting many many people, as for tattooing itself I've spent 21 years drawing on you lot 😁 and now I'm going to take a break. I'd like to thank you all for being my clients and I hope you enjoy wearing my work.
The shop itself is going to be taken over by Andy Songhurst Art and renamed to " Santa Carla Tattoo Parlour" be nice to him , he's only little!

As you may know/guess, I’m a massive Motörhead fan and have a Lemmy tattoo myself! After Phil Campbell dying and seeing Motörhead Uk play I’ve been inspired to do some flash!
