The importance of our waitlist! ✨

With some of our biggest and most popular events of the year coming up, including Halloween and Christmas, we wanted to remind everyone just how important our waitlists are!

If a session you’d love to attend is already fully booked, please add yourself to the waitlist. When joining, we’ll ask for the age of your SEND child along with a few contact details so that, if a suitable space becomes available, we can get in touch with you — even if it’s very close to the session.

Cancellations do happen, sometimes at the very last minute, and we always want to make sure those spaces have the best chance of being offered to another Blossoms family.

A day of learning, exploring and finding inspiration!

Today, Ellie headed to London for the Tes SEND Show , exploring the latest specialist equipment, resources and ideas within the SEND community!

At Blossoms, we believe there is always more to learn and new ways to improve what we offer. Days like today are so valuable in helping us discover new opportunities, develop our knowledge and find exciting ways to make our sessions even more inclusive and accessible.

Lots of inspiration to bring back to Blossoms as we continue to grow and develop for our wonderful children and families!

A huge thank you to the Ford Dunton Golf Society! ⛳️

An incredible £430 was raised for Blossoms at their recent Charity Golf Day at Epping Golf Club!

We’re so grateful to everyone involved, and especially to the prize winners who so generously chose to donate their winnings too.

Every donation like this helps us continue creating inclusive, accessible opportunities for children with SEND and their families. £430 will make such a difference to our little community.

October Half Term at Blossoms!

Over 60% of our October half-term spaces have already been booked! We’re so excited to welcome so many of you for another week of inclusive, accessible fun.

There’s still time to join us, with spaces remaining across our Halloween-themed Stay & Play sessions and our special Blossoms Halloween Experience!

We know Halloween activities aren’t always accessible or enjoyable for SEND children, so we’ve created something where children can experience the fun in their own way — no scares, no pressure and no expectations.

Some sessions are already down to their last few spaces, so don’t leave it too late!

We are absolutely blown away to have received £5,000 from the Rochford Community Fund to support our Blossoms Inclusive Swimming and Sensory Support Programme!

This funding is going to make such a difference. It will allow us to continue and expand our inclusive swimming opportunities, helping us make sessions even more accessible for children with SEND, complex needs and their families.

Seeing our children enjoy the water, experience new things and access opportunities that aren’t always readily available to them is exactly why Blossoms exists.

A HUGE thank you to Rochford Community Fund brentwoodboroughcouncil for believing in what we do and investing in our families. We’re incredibly grateful and so excited for what this funding will allow us to provide over the coming year!

What if Blossoms is becoming everything we hoped it could be?

A place where every child belongs, exactly as they are, and every family feels welcomed, understood and supported.

Looking back at moments like these, we realise that little by little, it already is becoming that place.

We’re so proud of what Blossoms has become, so grateful for every family who is part of it, and even more excited for everything still to come.

And we’re only just getting started.

Our October Half Term programme is here and we’ve got two action-packed days planned!

👻 Wednesday 28th October – Halloween Stay & Play
🎃 Friday 30th October – Blossoms Halloween Experience

We know that typical Halloween events simply aren’t accessible or enjoyable for many children with SEND, so we wanted to create something different. 💗

🏊‍♀️ Friday 30th October – Inclusive Swimming
Our much-loved swimming sessions are back too!
