Sigh… I have respected client’s commitments for appointments without a non refundable deposit so far. Never had issues until now it seems to have become a trend. I get it, life happens unexpectedly at times and then there are the genuine cases. But “oh I forgot..!” seems to have become a trend 🥲 What clients don’t understand is that we have lost precious time that could have been given to another paying client. Whilst a no show happens, we are still paying rents and bills on services that didn’t happen. Food for thought. Rant over.
How do you deal with this situation as a client or service provider.?
