As the wheel turns and we cross the threshold from summer into autumn, we gather beneath the energy of the Autumn Equinox, a sacred moment of balance between light and dark, and a time to honour the Harvest.
The Harvest invites us to pause and acknowledge all that we have grown, nurtured and received, while also recognising what we are ready to release.
An evening of cacao, breathwork and sound, created to help you slow down, turn inward and reconnect with yourself.
The trees know when it’s time to let go. 🍁 Perhaps we can listen to them.
Whether you’ve journeyed with me before or you’re joining for the first time, this is an invitation to soften, surrender and come home to yourself.
We’ll work with the grounding medicine of cacao, the power of the breath and the vibrations of sound, creating space for gratitude, release, reflection and renewal.
