✨ JUNE IS LOOKING BEAUTIFULLY BUSY ✨

Firstly... thank you 🤍

One of my biggest intentions when creating Mandala was to build more than a timetable.

I wanted to create a home for people to return to. A place where you could come exactly as you are, be welcomed exactly as you are, and take whatever it is you need from your practice in that moment.

Some people come for strength. Some come for stillness. Some come for healing. Some come simply to breathe for an hour without anyone asking them for anything.

There was never an expectation of how long someone should stay—only a hope that while you were here, you'd feel supported, connected and part of something bigger.

Watching our classes fill and our community continue to grow is honestly such a beautiful reminder of that vision coming to life 🤍✨

Classes are already looking wonderfully full as we head into June, which is incredible and a real testament to this amazing community we've built together.

A little reminder to book your classes in advance if you know you want to attend. And if life life-s and you can't make it, please remember to cancel at least 3 hours before so we can offer the space to someone waiting patiently for their yoga fix 🙏

🌕✨ The Blue Moon & The Phoenix ✨🌕

There are moments in life when we can feel something shifting.

Not because the moon magically changes everything overnight, but because we finally create enough space to listen.

This Blue Moon arrives as a beautiful invitation to pause and reflect.

What have you outgrown?

What stories, habits or beliefs are you still carrying that no longer fit the person you're becoming?

What are you ready to leave behind?

The other evening, Yoga Mama looked up into the sky and captured what looked unmistakably like a phoenix rising from the clouds. Now whether you see symbolism, coincidence or simply beautiful cloud formations, it stopped me in my tracks.

Because the phoenix has always represented transformation.

Not becoming someone new.

But allowing old versions of ourselves to fall away so we can step more fully into who we've always been.

And isn't that what yoga teaches us too?

Layer by layer.

Breath by breath.

Practice by practice.

Not chasing a future version of ourselves, but remembering what already exists underneath the noise.

Perhaps this Blue Moon isn't asking us to leap.

Perhaps it's simply asking us to trust.

To trust the process.

To trust our path.

To trust that growth doesn't always look dramatic. Sometimes it looks like showing up for your practice. Having the difficult conversation. Setting the boundary. Taking the next small step.

The phoenix doesn't rise because it's fearless.

It rises because it's ready.

And maybe, just maybe, so are you 🤍✨

These mats were created to hold all of it.

Grounding. Supportive. Beautiful.
A little reminder that your practice doesn’t need to look perfect to be powerful ✨

And watching them slowly roll out across the studio feels very full circle 🥹🙏

Since completing our first Yoga for Life course back in March, and have allowed the experience to gently settle so we could truly reflect 🙏

Over 30 hours together, We met up every weekend, we explored yoga through the lens of the nervous system, psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, breath, movement, self-study, and connection.

But beyond all of that, it became something deeply human❤️ A space where real life was welcomed and the true connection of yoga formed.
Not just on the mat, but in the moments in between.

In the breath before reacting.
In recognising when our nervous system is overwhelmed.
In learning how to regulate ourselves so we can better support the little people around us too.

This course began with kitchen chats to now receiving testimonials like this 🙌honestly means everything and that our visions are truly received.

And perhaps the most powerful part of all was the community that formed.

The honesty.
The conversations.
The shared experiences.
The space to simply be human together.

So we wanted to do it all again and we’re so excited to share that our next 30-hour Yoga for Life course is now open for September 2026.

Everything you want from a teacher training… without the teaching part.

Always in person.
Always rooted in connection.
