And what a fantastic achievement this is! ❤️

This is SO much more than a number on the scales.

Catherine has embraced new habits, a new mindset and positive changes in her behaviour and look where those changes have taken her! ✨

Week by week, she’s kept making choices that work for her, building consistency and proving that small changes, repeated over time, can create BIG results.

And there is nothing quite like the power of group support. 🥰

Meet my gorgeous member, Charlotte. ❤️

MY FACE 😂 The squeaky excited voice 😂😂When I heard the quacking noise, I spun round thinking Swippy had malfunctioned..

I was genuinely thinking… how has he turned himself on all by himself on the inspiration table?! 🤣

And then I discovered the reason…

Apparently they thought Mr Swippy was lonely… so they decided he needed a Mrs! 🦆🦆💕

Meet Mrs Swippy! 😂

We’ve been getting our ducks in a row throughout August, preparing ourselves to navigate whatever challenges the week may have in store, working on habits, mindset and behaviour changes and staying committed to ourselves and our goals.

We’d already welcomed Swippy into the family, bringing a bit of extra fun and excitement into group…

I absolutely LOVE the fun, laughter and community in our groups. ❤️

We’re making changes, working towards our goals and supporting each other… but there’s always plenty of laughter along the way too! 🦆😂
