Slim Down Saturday!
Charlotte is over a stone lighter now and is more active with her little girl!
She comes on a saturday with her mum to our Saturday group in St Annes, they support each other!
Being a mum of a toddler can be hard so planning is key! Ypu can see in her smile how much happier she is making small changes and staying committed!
