💕Yesterday, I took some much needed time out for my own healing and self-care. ✨
I visited the most beautiful, peaceful place, called at ease with equine surrounded by horses, where the wonderful Lesley Smart gave me an Access Bars session & thank you to Claire for having us there & sending me some lovely videos & photos 🐴💜
The session was for three people, and what made it even more special was when I arrive i already knew the two lovely ladies!
It’s funny how the universe works… sometimes it brings people and experiences together at exactly the right moment. ✨
I feel so grateful for the time to simply slow down, receive, let go and allow myself to be held in that healing space
The universe really does have a beautiful way of bringing everything together 🌿✨💜
