My algorithm has gone a bit ‘midlife wellness’ mad!
“Only workout like this”,
“Try fasting, oh hang-on, fasting is bad”, “Take these supplements”, “Track your sleep”, “Wear this device.” arrrgghhhh 🙉
Whilst some of this info can be helpful, the overwhelm is real — and so many women are left wondering where to even begin.
My advice? The starting point is within you.
How about we stop for a moment, tune out of the noise and start tuning in. Your body is always communicating with you through the whispers; fatigue, energy, mood, cravings, motivation, tension, calm. The real work is learning how to listen and trust what YOU hear.
No app, tracker, or wearable device knows your body better than you do.
So instead of asking:
“What should I be doing?”
Start asking:
✨ How do I feel today?
✨ What is my energy like?
✨ What does my body need right now?
Because a woman’s body was never designed to be linear or predictable. We ebb and we flow through one season to the next 🌷
Let us not begin by whimsically jumping on yet another algorithm fuelled band wagon, but by wholly understanding ourselves.
Once we master this, we are able to filter out the noise and intuitively implement one small habit at a time, slowly, in a way that truly supports and nourishes your body.
