Some industry ā€œrulesā€ just donā€™t make sense to me. I donā€™t want clients or students to feel like a number, a transaction or someone I only speak to when thereā€™s an invoice involved.

āœØļø I want to know what theyā€™re working towards.
āœØļø I want to celebrate their wins.
āœØļø I want them to feel supported.

And honestly? I love watching people grow.

Because business can be professional and personal.

The best clients donā€™t just become clients - they become part of the community. šŸ¤

Okay, I have to say this out loud because I still can't quite believe it myself: this month marks fifteen years of Solecare. Fifteen years?! I genuinely had to double check the maths. Still working out how I want to mark it properly, but I wanted you to know before September runs away with itself.

Some days stay with you long after they end. Our Connecting to Avalon retreat was one of them.

We spent it in the sacred grounds of Glastonbury, one of the most powerful healing places I know. A day of crystal meditation, sacred circle, roses and candlelight, and time by the ancient waters of Chalice Well. We walked, we talked, we dipped our toes in the stream, and we let ourselves properly slow down.

There is something about Avalon that stays with you long after you leave. My heart is still so full, and I feel endlessly grateful to everyone who came and shared it with me.

My Reflexology Diploma is a fully accredited qualification, taught in small, hands-on groups so you get real support and proper attention.
