Job Summary
We are seeking a Dental Nurse (registered or trainee) / Receptionist to join our dental practice.

The ideal candidate would be:

-Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
-Well organised, highly motivated and hard working
-Good Computer skills
-Well presented, reliable, supportive and professional

Responsibilities include:

-Prepare and organise the dental surgery
-Welcome and reassure patients, helping them feel comfortable.
-Sterilize and disinfect instruments and surfaces.
-Maintain strict hygiene and cross-infection control protocols.
-Meeting and greeting patients
-Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
-Handling payments
-Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
-Providing a high standard and professional service
-Applicants will need 5 GCSEs including Maths and English grade C or above

-Salary: to be discussed in interview

-Schedule: Part/Full time

-Work Location: One location, Southwold Dental Practice, Sole Bay Health Centre, Teal Close, Reydon, Southwold, Suffolk, IP18 6GY.
